The Main House (sleeps 12), overlooking the black infinity pool with dramatic views of the estate’s
mountain-where eagles and kestrels nest, is newly built with high ceilings, under-floor heating and Wi-Fi.
It has an impressive entrance hall and huge drawing room with limestone floors, separate dining room and
spacious kitchen. There are six double bedrooms, three on the first floor, all with en suite marble bathrooms,
including the master bedroom with huge terrace, three other bedrooms are alongside the black infinity pool,
these are spacious with en suite marble bathrooms and dressing rooms.
The Games Room has table tennis and a pool table.
Throughout the property there are wide terraces for outdoor dining.
The Old Olive Mill (sleeps four) with many of its original features, including beamed ceilings, terracotta floors, and hand-painted furniture, comprises a hall, drawing room, two vast double bedrooms with ensuite marble bathrooms and a large open plan dining/ living room/kitchen.
The Casita (sleeps four), which is located alongside the enclosed blue swimming pool, has two double bedrooms, one of which is a twin, with ensuite marble bathrooms and its own kitchen.

The Cottages
Rozalejo also has two cottages which, whilst on the estate, are a kilometer from the main house. They are accessed by a private road which is steep in parts and thus requires confident drivers. They are totally private and secluded from each other. They are perfect for honeymooners, painters or writers.
The Molino (Sleeps four) has two double bedrooms, one with shower room, the other with family bathroom. Kitchen/ dining room, sitting room.
Facilities include washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge, microwave, dvd player.
There is outside dining terrace and private pool.
The Bodega (Sleeps four) Has two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Open plan sitting room/dining room /kitchen.
Facilities include washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge, microwave.
Outside is the part covered terrace for dining and private swimming pool.
Maid service 2 hours 2 days per week. Linen change once per week.

As well as the stunning local countryside and wild-life are the national parks of the Sierra Bermeja and Sierra Crestillina, Rozalejo is a short drive away from several world class golf courses- including Finca Cortesin, with its hotel spa ( ten minutes) and Valderama, (30 minutes), and of course all of the restaurants and facilities of the Costa Del Sol. It is also five minutes drive from several excellent local restaurants.

Rozalejo is 4 kms from the ancient white village of Casares,10 kms from the beach , a 20 minute drive to Estepona, 30 minutes to Sotogrande, 35 minutes to Marbella, 45 minutes to Gibraltar (airport) and 1 hour to Malaga airport.
